Is anyone else sad about this? The December 2012 issue was the last one. I loved Everyday Food. I have made, and still make, many recipes from its pages. They still have the blog up and running, with new recipes there, but I'm really going to miss my printed copy each month.
At least I have all my back issues to read and re-read.
Some of my very favorite Everyday Food recipes:
// Lentil Soup //
// Bacon and Pea Risotto //
// Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies //
// All Purpose Spice Rub //
// Mexican Lasagna //

What?! I hadn't noticed! How is this possible? I assumed it would come in the mail this month. I also thought the Martha Stewart Living subscription I started receiving was just a bonus...it never occurred to me that it was a substitution. I am so, so bummed. I, too, have a basket FULL of back issues...most of them dogeared and loved.
ReplyDeleteI used to get that magazine, but was just getting so many subscriptions that I stopped a while back. It was a great magazine though - very well laid out.
ReplyDeleteWill it be available through a tablet issue maybe? I know a lot of magazines are going that route.
Had no idea! My subscription ran out sometime last year, but I've saved all of mine too. They covered so much in every issue...
ReplyDeleteI am too! I loved Everyday Food. They also have a couple of cookbooks, I have one of the cookbooks. Did anyone else get a copy of Martha Stewart Living? I had renewed my subscription and then received MSL and wasn't sure if they were sending it to me till my subscription to EF ran out?
