Easy Glitter and Paint Ornaments.

Is everyone done making ornaments already?  Here's a quick idea if you, like us, are not done, because a certain five year old likes to get out the glitter everyday, and a certain mama just can't resist getting in on the crafting...especially if the glitter is out anyways...

Michael's has these cute cardboard ornaments, they come in fun shapes and are cheap.  Yay!

I used some glitter, paint and mod podge to fancy them up.



Paint alternating sides with mod podge.



Pour on the glitter...don't be shy!  Use a lot and make a mess...that's our motto!  Bonus points if it's still on your hands when you start making lunch and you have to pause to google whether or not it's toxic.


Paint the other sides with craft paint.  Once it was almost dry, I dusted a teeny bit of glitter for a little extra sparkle.



All done!  Hang up and enjoy!
