One of my little ideas for making my kitchen more organized was to figure out what to do with this corner cabinet. It is HUGE, and has an accordion style door, and it is just super awkward. I have to climb inside just about in order to find anything.
Therefore, it winds up looking like this inside:
Is there any way to make this cabinet stay more organized? Are there any clever products to make better use of this space?

I don't know the name, but there's a 3/4 circle metal plate that you can turn around (obviously only when the door is fully open). Leaves space to shut the door, but once it's open you can merely spin the plate to reach the things in the very back! :)
ReplyDeleteWhy not a lazy Susan? I'm not sure how much it would cost, but we have one in our wonky corner cabinet and it seems to help. Maybe even try craigslist or a habitat store (.)
ReplyDeleteThankfully I don't have one of those cabinets anymore, but I used to. They are always a pain to organize. There are some great products though specifically designed for them. Try searching "corner cabinet organizer" and you'll be surprised how much pops up. The container store is one my favorites for products - tho kind of expensive, sometimes you can improvise an idea. :-)
